    CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

    — Thomas is an empathetic and diligent founder of enfas, with extensive experience in automotive, defense, and off-road electrification. With over 10 years of success in building companies and leading them to profitability, he has spent years as CEO at enfas under the Würth Group.

    — He is actively involved as a business angel and shareholder in the battery and electrification sectors. His diverse skill set includes expertise in functional safety development and human coaching. He holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering and energy system technology and is a trained Automotive SPICE Assessor and construction draftsman.

    CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER

    — Leopold is a visionary co-founder of CustomCells, a leader in cell manufacturing, with extensive experience in both the automotive and aviation industries. With over 10 years of success, he has a proven track record of building companies and leading them to profitability in the role of CEO.

    – He is actively involved as a business angel, investing across the battery value chain. His diverse skill set includes expertise in manufacturing technologies and corporate finance. He holds a master's degree in industrial engineering and economics, and is also a trained paramedic.

    CHIEF OPERATION OFFICER

    — Niclas is a forward-thinking and goal-oriented co-founder with extensive experience in corporate finance, consulting, and mobility industry. He has a proven track record of building and leading BAVERTIS into a profitable bootstrapped company with 15 employees, serving as CEO.

    – He possesses a diverse skill set, including mediating skills to bridge the gap between business and deep tech, and is also a passionate public speaker. He holds two master’s degrees in management and leadership and is a trained and active reserve officer with the rank of captain.
